Effect of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) inhibitors on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced interleukin (IL)-6 and macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP)-2 production. Cultured cells were treated for 24 h with 20 μM SB203580, 20 μM PD98059, or 20 μM SP600125 and were then exposed to LPS (100 ng/ml).
