Effect of osthole on NSS and brain water content. a Neurological function was assigned an NSS at 12 h, 3, 7, 14, and 21 dpi. Treatment with osthole (20 or 30 mg/kg/day) lowered NSS from 3 to 21 dpi relative to untreated controls.
