Plasma antibody levels. Plasma samples were collected longitudinally (a) and at necropsy (b) and tested for the presence of IgM (left column) and IgG (right column) antibodies binding ELISA-plate bound rhMOG or MOG peptides 14–36, 24–46, 34–56 and 54–76.
