The counts were normalized to CD45 cells used as an internal control. When the cells were collected, the animals had clinical scores ranging from 0.5 to 3. No significant difference was found between the genotypes (Wilcoxon tests, P ≥ 0.07). Sample size: 6 (b) or 9 (c) mice per group
