Nlrp12 deficiency augments expression of pro-inflammatory molecules in the CNS after EAE. Results indicate fold change in mRNA expression of pro-inflammatory proteins in the spinal cords of the Nlrp12 −/− mice relative to the WT mice. A significant increase in the expression of Cox2, IL-1β, and Ccr5 mRNAs and no in the expression of Mip3α were observed. Results are expressed as mean ± SD. Statistical significance was accepted at *P < 0.05. Statistical analysis was done using one-way ANOVA followed by Dunet comparison test relative to control. n = 5
