Anti-rrNF IgG response over time in DA rats in MOG-EAE. Thirty-one DA rats were immunized with MOG in IFA, and anti-rrNF IgG levels were assessed in the sera at different time points (day 12, day 26, day 41, and day 56) after immunization by ELISA. The sera were diluted 1:200. Data are presented in OD values. Only anti-rrNF IgG(+) rats are included in the graph
