Effects of statin-Dex blocked with anti-FasL antibody on the expression of Fas on lymph node MNC and analysis of apoptosis. On day 43 p.i., EAMG rats were sacrificed and inguinal lymph nodes were removed under aseptic conditions. MNC suspensions were obtained. The percentage of Fas+ cells on lymph node MNC and the distribution of apoptotic lymphocytes were measured by flow cytometry (a, b). The results are expressed as mean ± SD (n = 6 rats per group) (*p < 0.05)
