Cannabinoids inhibit Aβ-induced iNOS production in IMG cells. Quantitative PCR was used to analyze the transcript abundance of iNOS in IMG cells. a IMG cells were treated with or without Aβ and/or THC for 6 h at 37 °C. IMG cells were incubated with Aβ (1 μM; 6 h) and the CB2 selective agonist JWH-015 (50 μM) for the indicated times (b) or at varying concentrations (c).
