RGS10-null dendritic cells (DCs) displayed intact antigen presentation capacity. DCs derived from WT and RGS10-null mice were incubated with CD4+ T cells from 2D2 TCR mice for 72 h in the presence of the indicated concentrations of MOG35–55. As a positive control, CD4+ T cells from 2D2 TCR mice were stimulated in vitro with anti-CD3/CD28 (5 μg/ml) for 72 h. T cell proliferation was measured by MTS incorporation assay (n = 3 mice per group)
