IL-12/23 p40 secretion into culture supernatants was measured by ELISA. IL-12/23 p40 production in the presence of 0.1 μg/ml mycobacteria in the absence of F(ab’)2 was set to 100 %, and relative IL-12/23 p40 production was calculated for each experiment. Mean + SEM of three independent experiments is shown. Statistics were performed by paired T test. *p ≤ 0.05
