CM from BV-2 microglia activated by Nogo/NgR pathway increased the production and aggregation of Aβ. After exposing for CM of BV-2 microglia for 24 h, ELISA was performed to detect the production of Aβ40 (a) and Aβ42 (b) and the secretion of Aβ40 (c) and Aβ42 (d). Values were reported as mean ± SD. The aggregation of Aβ (e) and the depolymerization of fibrillar Aβ (f) were determined using ThT binding assay.
