Increasing of M1 inflammatory gene and decreasing of M2 inflammatory gene in Nogo/NgR-activated BV-2 microglia. Before added to the protein-coated wells, BV-2 microglia was transfected with control or NgR siRNA to suppress the expression of NgR. The cells were then stimulated by exposed to PBS or Nogo-P4 for 6 h.
