Effect of NLRP3 deficiency on biochemical parameters in the CFS model. There was no such effect on lactic acid (a) and MDA levels (b serum; c muscle). NLRP3 KO mice had attenuated IL-1β production (d) in the CFS model when compared with that of wild-type mice. IL-6 production was almost the same between NLRP3 KO mice and wild-type mice (e).
