Effects of OT on LPS-induced phosphorylation of MAPK in BV-2 cells. BV-2 cells were pre-treated with or without OT (0.1–10 μM) for 2 h followed by LPS (500 ng/ml) for 60 min and total protein was subjected to Western blot analysis using antibodies against phospho-, or total forms of three MAPKs. Bar graphs showing quantification of expression levels of phosphor-MAPKs/MAPKs was determined by the Image-Pro Plus 6.0.
