6-MP inhibits NF-κB p65 phosphorylation at Ser276 and acetylation at Lys310. BV-2 cells were pretreated with vehicle or 6-MP (50 μM) for 16 h and then stimulated with LPS (100 ng/ml) for the indicated times.
