TRPA1 is crucial in regulating Aβ-induced inflammatory response and astrogliosis in astrocytes. Primary astrocytes from WT and TRPA1−/− mice were pretreated with HC030031 (HC; 10 μM) for 2 h, then with Aβ (2 μM) for 24 h (a-d) or 1 h (e, f).
