Stimulated ENS culture conditioned media induce chemoattraction of RAW 264.7 macrophages. RAW 264.7 macrophages were seeded in the upper chamber of 8-μm-pore transwell inserts and left to migrate for 4 h towards lower chambers filled with stimulated ENS culture conditioned media.
