Suppression of proinflammatory responses by synaptamide in FAAH KO mice. Synaptamide levels in the FAAH KO mouse brains were quantified by mass spectrometry at 1 h after injection (i.p.) of 2 mg/kg synaptamide (a). The cytokine/chemokine expression in the brain was determined by qPCR at 2 h after injection of 1 mg/kg LPS followed by 2 mg/kg synaptamide (b). Values are presented as mean ± SEM from four mice.
