Flow cytometric analysis in Aβ0.β2m0.Hβ2m+.A11+ and Aβ0.β2m0.Hβ2m+.B27+ mice. Cell surface expression was examined by antibodies to Aβ (Aβ-163), Hβ2m (L-368), H2-Kb (B8-24-3) and H2-Db (172-93.1). Controls were B10 (Aβ+.Hβ2m−), Aβ0, Kb0.Db0.β2m0.Hβ2m+, and C57BL/6 (Kb+.Db+) mice. In each panel, the gray histogram represents negative control, the green histogram represents a positive control, and the red and blue histograms represent Aβ0.β2m0.Hβ2m+.A11+ and Aβ0.β2m0.Hβ2m+.B27+ mice, respectively. Non-expression of Aβ (a) and expression of Hβ2m (b), H2-Kb (c), and H2-Db (d) in transgenic human class I mice is shown
