BET2 knockdown in N9 microglial cells inhibits inflammatory cytokine expression. N9 cells were infected with lentivirus expressing BET2 or BET4 siRNAs for 3 days and then GFP-positive (infected) cells were purified by flow sorting and cultured for 2–3 days.
