Co-localized expression of NFL with IL-1R1 is depicted in panels (c, f, i, and l). Panel (m) shows IL-1R1 (80 kDa) and β-actin (42 kDa) immunoreactive bands. Bar graph (n) shows significant changes in the optical density of IL-1R1 following LPS exposure when compared with the corresponding control.
