STAT1α activation is not under regulation of cPLA2α or NOX2-NADPH oxidase in the BV-2 microglia cells under LPS stimulation. The intensity of each phosphorylated STAT1α (p-STAT1α) band after quantification by densitometry was divided by the intensity of each STAT1α band and expressed as arbitrary units.
