LPS/IL-4 induces a mixed phenotype in BMDMs. (a-f) LPS/IL-4 (both 10 ng/ml; 24 h) stimulation significantly increased the production of TNFα (a), IL-6 (b), and Nitrite (b) in BMDMs from WT mice (*** P< 0.001; Student’s t test).
