RTK inhibitor downregulates cell death associated with B. burgdorferi exposure. Differentiated MO3.13 cells were assessed for cell death via apoptosis and total cell viability in the presence or absence of B. burgdorferi (Bb, MOI 10:1) and 10 μM EGFR/FGFR/PDGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
