MHC class II expression in the neural retina. Three weeks after adoptive transfer, EAU eye cryosections were prepared and stained for MHC class II (green) and IBA-1 (red) detection. Naive eyes were used as control. Cell nuclei were stained with Hoechst (blue). Each picture was chosen as representative of an experiment conducted on three or more animals.
