Measurements of MP4-specific B cells and antibody production. B cell ELISPOT was performed on draining inguinal lymph nodes of MP4-immunized mice to detect total or MP4-specific IgG during a acute or b chronic EAE. MP4-specific serum antibodies were measured by ELISA during c acute or d chronic treatment. Mice were treated either with 1 mg/kg BW FTY720 or vehicle. Bars show means ± SEM
