RGS4 expression after exposure to inflammatory cytokines. qPCR was performed on samples after 7 days in FBS 3%-medium in the presence of 2, 10, or 50 ng/mL of IL-1β (a, d), TNFα (b, e), and IL-6 (c, f). Cytokines were added during the 4, 8, 24, and 48 last hours of maturation. RGS4 mRNA expression was normalized to GAPDH expression. Each experiment was conducted independently. The FBS 3% condition was used as control. Data are presented as mean ± SEM; n = 6; ANOVA one-way with Dunnett’s post test; *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 (vs control).
