Morphometric analysis of Insulin-, Glucagon- and F4/80-positive cells in pancreatic islets. Pancreatic islet Insulin-positive area proportion was lower in both CUMS and CUMS + Veh groups than that of Control group (# p < 0.05, ## p < 0.01 vs. Control), while it was higher in CUMS + Flx than that of CUMS + Veh (*** p < 0.001 vs. CUMS + Veh) (a–c).
