SSO reduced the concentration of IL-6 and TNF-α secreted into the culture media in LPS + IFNγ-stimulated BV2 cells. Culture media were collected from BV2 cells stimulated with LPS + IFNγ for 24 h in the presence or absence of SSO. The collected media were analyzed for secreted levels of IL-6 (a), TNF-α (b), and IL-10 (c) using the CBA. The results were analyzed with one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post hoc test.
