Treatment with WWL70 did not reduce the elevated levels of 2-AG and AA in CCI mouse sciatic nerve. Fresh sciatic nerve tissues from CCI mice 7 days after surgery were subjected to LS-MS/MS. The amount of 2-AG (a) and AA (b) was significantly increased in the vehicle group compared to the sham. (*p < 0.05; mean ± S.E.M., n = 7). WWL70 (10 mg/kg) treatment did not significantly reduce the increased production of 2-AG and AA elicited by CCI, although a slight reduction was observed for the latter
