Enhance Phagocytosis Activity by H67D HFE Macrophages. 1 × 10⁴ macrophages were plated in a 96-well plate. 24 h following plating, the cells were then incubated with a fluorescently labeled E. coli bioparticle. The fluorescence of the engulfed bioparticles was quantified on a fluorescent plate reader at excitation/emission wavelengths of 480/520 nm.
