mRNA levels for TNF-α, IL-1β, and iNOS in the striatum of adult male mice at 3 weeks of being subjected to an intrastriatal injection of LPS and daily treated with VCE-003.2 (10 mg/kg), alone or combined with T0070907 (5 mg/kg), or vehicle. Values are the ratio between the lesioned side and the non-lesioned side and correspond to means ± SEM of 4–6 subjects per group. Data were assessed by the one-way analysis of variance followed by the Student–Newman–Keuls test (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 versus vehicle-treated control mice; #p < 0.05 versus VCE-003.2-treated LPS-lesioned mice)
