No changes in RPE nuclei number and retinal thickness in Aβ-stimulated eyes. The number of RPE nuclei per 103 μm (a), ONL thickness (b), and retinal thickness (c) were measured in both the Aβ-stimulated and control animals’ eyes. No significant difference was found between the two groups in all three analytical categories (N = 3, Mann-Whitney)
