Cells were fixed and stained with crystal violet. b Quantification of transmigrated BV-2 cells at 24 h from five different fields at 20× per condition. Each experiment was repeated at least three times. One-way ANOVA with Tukey’s HSD test was used to measure statistical differences among groups.
