The purity of in vitro primary neuron culture. a Primary neuron was collected at 7, 10, and 14 days, respectively; 50 μg protein per lane was used to detect Iba1 and GFAP expression. At 7 days, Iba1 and GFAP were expressed, they were disappeared following culture at 10 and 14 days. b 30, 50, and 70 μg protein per lane were used to detect Iba1 and GFAP expression at 10 days.
