- Systolic blood pressure (SBP, mmHg) was assessed via the tail-cuff method. Mice were implanted with osmotic minipumps containing Ang II 200 ng/kg/min (referred as Ang II 200), Ang II 1000 ng/kg/min (referred as Ang II 1000), or 0.9% NaCl (referred as control). Data is expressed as mean ± SEM, n = 7–12/group; two-way ANOVA and Tukey post-test.
