  1. Systolic blood pressure (SBP, mmHg) was assessed via the tail-cuff method. Mice were implanted with osmotic minipumps containing phenylephrine 19 μg/kg/min, Ang II 1900 ng/kg/min (referred as Ang II 1900), or 0.9% NaCl (referred as control). Data is expressed as mean ± SEM, n = 3/group; two-way ANOVA and Tukey post-test.
