- Systolic blood pressure (SBP, mmHg) was assessed via the tail-cuff method. Mice were implanted with osmotic minipumps containing phenylephrine 19 μg/kg/min, Ang II 1900 ng/kg/min (referred as Ang II 1900), or 0.9% NaCl (referred as control). Data is expressed as mean ± SEM, n = 3/group; two-way ANOVA and Tukey post-test. Main effect of time F(2,12) = 15.64, p = 0.0005; main effect of treatment F(2,6) = 73.5 p < 0.0001; interaction F(4,12) = 7.252, p = 0.003.3
