- Systolic blood pressure (SBP, mmHg) was assessed via the tail-cuff method. Mice were implanted with osmotic minipumps containing Ang II 1000 ng/kg/min or 0.9% NaCl (referred as control). Hydralazine (Hyd, 150 mg/L) was administered in the drinking water and started 3 days before minipump implantation. Data is expressed as mean ± SEM, n = 11–20/group; two-way ANOVA with Tukey post-test.
