Therapeutic treatment of 2-DG increased Treg cells and decreased the maturation of DC in vivo. MNCs were harvested from both groups on day 14 p.i, when the symptoms peaked. The percentages of Treg (CD4+Foxp3+) cells (a) and the expression of MHC II (b) on OX62+ DC were determined by flow cytometry.
