VCE-004.8 modulates gene expression in the spinal cord of EAE and TMEV-infected mice. Animals were treated as indicated, and total RNA was isolated. One microgram of RNA was retrotranscribed, and the resulting cDNA was analyzed in a mouse MS PCR array.
