Effects of BF on enzymatic markers of oxidative stress in primary microglia. Microglial cells were exposed to different concentrations of BF (1–20 μM) for 4 and 24 h. Enzyme activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) (a, b), catalase (CAT) (c, d), and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) (e, f) in primary microglial cells were spectrometrically determined.
