Measurements of MP4-specific B cells and antibodies. B cell ELISPOT was performed on draining inguinal lymph nodes of MP4-immunized mice to detect the number of MP4-specific B cell spots in relation to the number of total IgG spots during a acute or b chronic EAE. MP4-specific serum antibodies were measured by ELISA during c acute or d chronic treatment. Mice were treated with either 200 μg anti-mCD52 antibody or IgG2a isotype control for five consecutive days. Means ± SEM are shown
