The effects of tryptase and FS on cell viability in mouse brain microvascular endothelial cell. Mouse brain microvascular endothelial cells were exposed to different concentrations of tryptase (0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1, and 10 μg/mL) and FS (400 μM, 800 μM) and control group for 24 h.
