Examination of CCL5 production in astrocytes following stimuli with gradient recombinant MIF in the presence of 4-IPP. Cell supernatants (a) and lysates (b) were tested by ELISA for the chemokine CCL5, following astrocyte treatment with 0–2.5 μg/ml recombinant MIF for 24 h in the presence of 100 μM 4-IPP. Experiments were performed in triplicates. Error bars represent the standard deviation (P < 0.05)
