CAY10444 (CAY) administration attenuates tMCAO-induced brain infarction and neurological deficit. Mice were challenged with tMCAO, and CAY (0.1. 0.2, and 0.5 mg/kg) was administered intraperitoneally immediately after reperfusion. Brain damage was ascertained 24 h after tMCAO challenge (a–c). Effects of different dosage of CAY on infarct volume (a, b) and neurological function (c) were determined.
