Neonatal C57BL/6J mice were administered with a daily subcutaneous injection of saline (control) or polyI:C (5 mg/kg) between PD2 and PD6. a Hippocampal sections were isolated 24 h after the final drug treatment and Fstl1 (green) and GFAP (red, a marker for astrocytes) protein expressions were assessed by IHC.
