Expression levels of EZH2 and TLN1 in treated multiple sclerosis patients. mRNA expression levels for EZH2 and TLN1 were determined by real-time PCR relative quantification in PBMC from untreated multiple sclerosis patients and patients receiving disease-modifying therapies for at least 1 year.
