LRRK2G2019S KI brain lysates exhibit reduced level of PKA-mediated NF-κB p50 phosphorylation. LRRK2 WT and LRRK2G2019S KI brain lysates were subjected to immunoblotting using NF-κB P-p50, total p50, P-LRRK2, and total LRRK2 antibodies. Quantification of P-p50 subunit is normalized for total p50 protein. Quantification of P-LRRK2 is normalized for total LRRK2 protein.
