Evaluation of cell viability of microglial cells treated with different KIT compounds. Microglia cells were exposed with different concentrations of KIT 3 (a), KIT 17 (b), or KIT 21 (c) for the next 24 h. Cell viability was measured based on quantitation of ATP present in the cells, and data were normalized as percentage of negative control. Values are presented as the mean ± SEM of at least three independent experiments.
