Evaluation of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1alpha, TNF; IL-6 and IL-10) 7 days after Er-NPCs transplant. The quantification was conducted by real-time RT-PCR separately in both hemispheres (right and left). 18S was used as a housekeeping gene.
